We process personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, send briefings you have subscribed to, meet legal obligations (including incident-reporting duties), and secure this website. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
4. Incident-report data
Information submitted through our incident-reporting channel is treated as confidential, access-restricted to the response team, and retained only as long as needed for the engagement and any legal reporting duties that attach to it.
5. Sharing and transfers
We share personal data only with processors under contract (hosting, email delivery) and where law requires. Cross-border transfers rely on applicable safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR-scope transfers.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; contractual records for the period required by law. Data is then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
